Problem diagnosis
Dongdong: why do the customers say that the machine is not allowed to temperature, and the difference is several degrees?
Long long: This is a common problem. We often receive customers' questions. Your PCR meters are not allowed to be temperature.
To meet this problem, we should first identify four problems to our customers:
1. what kind of instruments, tools and temperature sensors do you use to detect the temperature?
2. is your testing instrument and temperature sensor identified by Metrology Department?
3. what is your test method? How many points have been measured? What is the distribution of the sensors?
4. is there a test report?
It is worth noting that when we put forward these questions, most of the answers were unexpected. Some customers use infrared thermometer to measure temperature (its precision is 1 degrees centigrade, also influenced by material, surface quality, color, distance, angle, etc.). Some use glass thermometer (precision enough, slow response, contact point or line contact), and some simply use thermocouple and multimeter (point contact, wire is very thick), etc. Wait, all kinds of things. These methods and tools are actually unscientific, and the results are not credible.
